My First Blog

Being fortunate enough to be an integral part of the medical field, it is our responsibility to improve and protect our patient’s life. Focused on the humanistic hands on approach of medicine while applying bedside and diagnostic skills, I strive to incorporate preventive care in my every day practice. My volunteering experiences as a medical first responder in Montreal for Saint John Ambulance and in a confidential helpline for survivors of sexual assault have provided me with valuable learning opportunities. I am planning to help raise awareness in patient safety and bring back the evidence-based strategies and tools to my colleagues.
